"Octopump Origins" 8.5" x 11" Print
"Octopump Origins" was the first piece of original art that McKenzie had shown publicly in an art gallery setting. (Banegas Gallery 2011)
This digital painting was created solely on McKenzie's train ride commute back and forth to work. He titled it "Octopump Origins" because he envisioned a whole series of digital paintings and creations that would follow within the same esthetic. The character later evolved into what we know now as the "Pumpkin Crab".
